By accessing or using any EGC Holdings platform, website, or digital service, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
The EGC Member Rewards Program allows users to earn participation-based credits, achievements, or limited-edition items (“Member Rewards”) through active engagement, subscription tiers, and platform milestones.
Member Rewards may include digital collectibles, exclusive badges, early feature unlocks, or limited physical experiences such as exotic rentals, sports events, concert tickets, and similar promotional offerings. These rewards are provided as tokens of engagement and participation within the EGC ecosystem and hold no intrinsic monetary or resale value.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and subject to availability. They do not constitute ownership, equity, or investment interest in EGC Holdings or its affiliates. Receipt of any reward is based solely on participation activity, subscription status, and compliance with platform guidelines.

Payouts issued by EGC may reflect participation bonuses, performance-based incentives, or platform engagement metrics. All payouts are subject to verification, compliance review, and availability of approved payout channels.
All payouts are processed through secure, KYC-verified systems in compliance with banking and financial regulations. Users are solely responsible for reporting taxable income to the IRS or equivalent authority in their jurisdiction.
EGC reserves the right to delay, modify, or withhold payouts if identity verification or activity audits reveal incomplete, inaccurate, or non-compliant information.

EGC complies with FinCEN, KYC, and AML frameworks to ensure lawful participation. All financial operations are conducted through third-party payment processors and are subject to audit, review, and transaction logging under federal guidelines.
Users must maintain accurate and truthful information for tax and banking purposes. Failure to do so may result in suspension or forfeiture of rewards or payouts.
EGC employs encrypted servers, layered authentication, and real-time monitoring to protect user data. All operations are conducted under ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified infrastructure.
To comply with legal requirements, EGC conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) verification for all members eligible for payouts or advanced platform access.
EGC operates a digital cultivation analytics system where users track virtual plants and growth data. No physical cannabis, hemp, or other regulated substance is ever transferred, distributed, or produced.
The platform operates in accordance with applicable state cannabis laws and federal financial transparency under FinCEN-2014-G001 guidance.
EGC Holdings is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and does not offer securities or investment contracts.
Terms such as “growth,” “returns,” or “rewards” describe digital metrics within the platform’s simulation system, not financial instruments or guarantees. No user participation constitutes an expectation of profit under the Howey Test or other securities law.
EGC cooperates with SEC, FINRA, and related agencies as necessary to ensure lawful transparency in digital participation systems.
EGC employs automation and AI-driven simulations to create data models of cultivation and performance. These virtual outcomes are informational representations only and not actual product yields or earnings.
Refunds are processed only for verified duplicate charges or system errors. Once a digital cultivation cycle begins, fees are considered earned for service delivery. Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) business days.
EGC provides no physical goods, cannabis, or materials. All “plants,” “yields,” and “cycles” exist solely within the EGC digital ecosystem for participation and analytics purposes.
This agreement is governed by the user’s local jurisdiction unless superseded by federal law. Disputes are subject to arbitration or civil court consistent with applicable regulations.
EGC collects limited personal and analytical information necessary for account management, compliance verification, and platform optimization. This may include basic profile details, login metadata, subscription activity, and engagement metrics.
For operational purposes, EGC also tracks digital cultivation analytics such as seed selection, strain preference, growth-stage tracking, and yield performance simulations. This data enables members to monitor progress within the platform and allows EGC to improve system accuracy and reward distribution algorithms.
No cultivation or seed-selection data is ever linked to real-world cannabis activity, nor does it identify any physical possession, sale, or cultivation of controlled substances. All data is encrypted and stored within secure, region-based servers.

All trademarks, logos, brand names, visual identities, user interface layouts, color schemes, animations, page designs, 3D models, and overall look and feel of the EGC platform are the exclusive property of EGC Holdings or its licensors. This includes, without limitation, dashboard designs, cultivation visualizations, reward displays, automation workflows, and proprietary product and packaging designs such as the EGC cannabis jar and related container systems.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal participation in accordance with these Terms. No part of the platform’s design, content, or underlying code may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse-engineered, distributed, or used to create derivative works without EGC’s prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to EGC regarding design, features, or functionality may be used by EGC without obligation, compensation, or acknowledgment, and become part of EGC’s intellectual property.
